For bigger products, conveyed by forwarders, you have to assign a return consignment telephonically or via email. On the product-description page you can find information about the way each product will be conveyed and delivered (all products with a posthorn). Please indicate your order number and / or your customer-number. Then fill in the boxes with * and give the reason for a back sending, so we can process as fast as possible.
